Travel to Porto
Located in northern Portugal on the right bank of the Douro River, the city of Porto, Portugal's second most populous city, is steeped in history and symbolism. European Capital of Culture in 2001 and considered the Best European Destination by the European Consumers Association, Porto is a great tourist destination. A visit to the historic city center, which is classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, a trip along the Douro River, a tasting of the internationally renowned Port Wine, or simply sampling a typical dish of Porto's cuisine, the Francesinha, are all reasons enough to visit the Unvanquished City.

Casa do Infante - This is the house where Prince Henry the Navigator, a key figure in Portuguese history, was born. It is considered one of the oldest buildings in the city. Originally, it was used as a customs house and mint, but today it is a tourist and cultural attraction and serves as the Municipal Historical Archive.
Torre dos Clérigos - Completed in 1763, this tower, which was once the tallest building in Portugal, is considered by many to be the true symbol of the city of Porto.
Ribeira - Located next to the river, the Ribeira neighborhood is one of the main attractions of the city of Porto. In addition to the centuries-old architecture and the magnificent view of the D. Luís Bridge over the Douro River, there are numerous restaurants and terraces where you can enjoy an unforgettable meal.
Port Wine Museum - In this museum, you will have the opportunity to learn more about one of the city's finest products, Port Wine.
